Inkaura Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.


Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@inkaura.co.

Do not send back any items without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Instructions for returning your item

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • The return address


Return Address

The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request. Returns must be shipped from the country where the order was delivered.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@inkaura.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order after the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

To qualify:

  • Your item must be in its original condition

  • Unworn or unused

  • In original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card to reflect the refund
